Stefano Guerra è Assegnista di Ricerca in Filosofia del Diritto ed Informatica Giuridica presso il Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza dell’Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, Avvocato, Dottore di Ricerca (Ph.D.) in Scienze Giuridiche, Cultore della materia in Filosofia del Diritto ed Informatica Giuridica e Tutor d’Ateneo presso il Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza dell’Università di Macerata, membro della Marie Curie Alumni Association, socio della Società Italiana di Filosofia del Diritto (SIFD), recentemente coordinatore dello Special Workshop sulla giustizia predittiva al XXX Congresso mondiale della International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR) e autore di diverse pubblicazioni scientifiche nel S.S.D. IUS/20.
Stefano Guerra is Post-Doctoral Researcher in Philosophy of Law and Legal Informatics at the Department of Law of the University of Urbino, Lawyer, Ph.D. in Legal Sciences, Lecturer in Philosophy of Law and Legal Informatics at the Universities of Macerata and Urbino, Tutor at the Department of Law of the University of Macerata, member of the Marie Curie Alumni Association, member of the Italian Society of Philosophy of Law (SIFD) and of the Italian Society for Law and Literature, coordinator of the Special Workshop on Predictive Justice at the XXX World Congress of the International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR) and author of several scientific publications in the legal field.
